Do you show up as your "true" self at work, or do you often feel you have to adopt a different persona or style to comply with others' expectations of you as a leader?  Leading with authenticity is essential to achieving your full power and potential as a leader.  Yet, this can be tricky to navigate, especially for women who feel they aren't always or easily accepted as leaders within their largely male-dominated cultures.  
 
This program will facilitate an interactive program to help participants understand the key challenges and best practices to women's authentic leadership so they can realize their full power and potential.   

Does your professional reputation reflect how you want to be perceived by others?  Do you attract the type of clients or business opportunities you value most?  If less than optimal, perhaps your brand isn't working for you as effectively as it should in communicating how you are unique and valuable to your target audience.  A positive and powerful personal brand conveys who you are, what you do, and what sets you apart from the crowd.
 
This program will help participants develop and promote their brand more effectively and authentically.  Through various awareness activities and skill-building exercises, attendees will discover their unique value proposition and learn how to strategically leverage their brand more competitively within their respective legal workplaces.   

Executive presence is how others see, connect, and trust you as a leader.  It's not necessarily an indication of your true capabilities, but snap judgments people make about your competence, confidence, credibility, and trustworthiness based on how you look, communicate, and act.  
   
This program will help participants understand how enhancing their executive presence can counteract unconscious or unconscious bias as a barrier to their leadership advancement and effectiveness.  Attendees will learn the characteristics and behaviors that matter most in conveying confidence and power with others and what gets in the way.   

Many attorneys and leaders, especially women,  often settle for less than they should in their careers because they don't ask for what they want and deserve.  As a result, many experience fewer opportunities, promotions, and lower pay.  However, the ability to effectively advocate for yourself is a critical skill that can advance your career and benefit your relationships with others.  
 
This program will provide participants with critical insights and practical skills to better advocate for themselves and get more of what they want and deserve in their lives and careers.    

Many attorneys and business professionals, especially women, need to step away from their careers at some point to address other life priorities, especially as it relates to caring for children and other family members.  However, when it comes time to resume their careers, many need help to make a successful career comeback.  The result is that many talented, well-trained professionals hoping to resurrect their careers feel stifled and need a specific plan for the best path forward.  

This program will help participants looking to return to their careers to prepare for and navigate the "on-ramp" to their desired careers.  

Are you paid what you're worth?  If you are a Latina attorney or leader, chances are you aren't.  Latinas face the most significant wage gap among women - even within the highest-paid occupations, including the legal profession. 

This program will highlight some of the critical issues Latina lawyers and leaders encounter in their careers that impact their compensation, as well as key insights and practical skills to enhance your effectiveness in advocating and negotiating for yourself in these decisions. 

Many highly accomplished attorneys and leaders share a surprising secret – they don't feel nearly as competent and talented as others think they are.  This nagging feeling of being found out as not "good enough" compels many to develop negative coping strategies that undermine their career success and satisfaction.  
 
We are all susceptible to experiencing impostor syndrome, especially women and other minorities who inhabit predominantly white-and male-dominated workplaces.  As such, women of color may be particularly vulnerable due to ingrained systemic bias and racism that reinforce their sense that they are "impostors" and, therefore, don't belong. 
 
This interactive program helps participants identify how "imposter syndrome" may be showing up in their lives and careers and how to let it go.     

When it comes to realizing authentic career success and satisfaction, many attorneys and leaders feel hindered by barriers they may not fully understand or know how to navigate as effectively as they should. 
 
This presentation will demonstrate how participants' lives and careers can benefit from working with a certified professional coach to become more self-aware, intentional, confident, and empowered.  Through a live demonstration of the coaching process, participants can see how it works and can serve as a powerful tool for sustainable change.
